By accessing or using Party Blueprint AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Party Blueprint AI uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized party plans based on the information you provide. Generated blueprints are suggestions — you are responsible for verifying quantities, allergens, costs, vendor availability, and any other planning decisions before purchasing or executing.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of rate limits.
• No reselling, white-labeling, or redistributing generated blueprints as your own commercial product.

Purchases

The Complete Party Blueprint ($27) and Host Premium ($97) are one-time purchases — not subscriptions. Pricing and product features may change for new purchases; existing entitlements remain honored.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and underlying software are owned by us. You retain rights to the planning inputs you provide and to the generated blueprint for personal, non-commercial use related to your event(s).

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in our principal place of business.
