Refund Policy

We want you to feel great about your purchase. Because our blueprints are delivered as instant digital downloads, the following rules apply:

Complete Party Blueprint — $27

All sales are final. Once your blueprint has been unlocked and delivered, we are unable to offer a refund. We recommend reviewing the Free Preview and Party Snapshot before purchasing to confirm the recommendations match your event.

Host Premium — $97 lifetime access

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase if Host Premium isn't the right fit. To qualify, you must request a refund within 14 days and have generated no more than five (5) full blueprints. After the window or beyond the usage cap, all sales are final.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
• If a technical issue prevents us from delivering your blueprint, we will fix it or refund you.
• We comply with consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction where they grant additional rights.

How to request a refund

Email hello@partyblueprint.ai from the email address on your account with the subject line "Refund request" and a brief note explaining what happened. We respond within 3 business days.
